Free Design Consultation

We offer a no obligation site survey and design consultation to check that your plot is suitable and to assist you in designing your perfect garden room.

Designs can be selected from our available plans ready for building. Designs can also be customized or built from scratch. Based on the requirements or demand, unit can be built onsite or offsite.

Discuss Installation Dates or Build Time Frame

Whether you are in the speculative or advanced stages of planning your garden room, you can secure your date as when we start building.

Once that is sorted you can decide on your building style and choices, or if this is already done you can sit back and relax until closer to the installation date.

Before any work is commenced, a partial deposit needs to be made. This can be discussed during the consultation process.

Finalize Your Design

At this stage, we will be in touch to confirm any final details as well as provide you with an electrical plan to confirm the placement of lights, switches etc.

Delivery and Installation

Based on requirements, if the unit is being built offsite, it will be delivered to you by our trusted fleet of trucks and installed by our highly trained staff.

The Base/Foundation

The garden room can be fixed onto timber piles, on a concrete slab or straight on the ground on treated timber skids.

Ongoing Support

Final build comes with 1 year warranty with ongoing builders support after the 1-year period. Our team can always be contacted for further building support, alterations or any new project.
