Garden Rooms can be placed on piles, on a concrete slab or straight on the ground on treated skids. Pile layout plans can be supplied. 

Garden Rooms can be delivered to most places. This requires a truck with a Hiab and the cost will depend on the location, distance to delivery and what the access on-site requires. 

Freight charges is not included in price. 

Garden Rooms do not require a building permit or consent, but it is recommended that you check with the local authority as to the rules in your area.
